Leadership Team
The Leadership Team's major responsibility is the development and articulation of the Kennedy Library’s mission and strategic priorities.
The LT serves as the principal decision-making and advisory body to the Dean of Library Services on major policies and planning. The LT consists of the following members:
- Michael Miller, Dean of Library Services
- Anna Gold, Associate Dean for Public Services
- Johanna Brown, Head of Collection Management
- Dale Kohler, Interim Director of Library Information Technology
- Nancy Loe, Head of Special Collections and University Archivist
The LT serves as the principal decision-making and advisory body to the Dean of Library Services on major policies and planning. The LT also:
- provides a forum for communication between Library administrators and Library faculty and staff;
- identifies and defines problems and policy issues requiring attention, and
- recommends appropriate strategies to address them; and functions as the forum for discussions, evaluation, and refinement of new and/or revised polices and procedures.
The Dean of Library Services reports to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and is a member of the Academic Deans' Council.
