Access Policies
The Robert E. Kennedy Library is open to all at stated hours. However, borrowing privileges for physical items are available only to
- Cal Poly faculty, students, staff, administrators, and emeriti faculty and staff;
- Cal Poly Alumni Association members;
- courtesy card holders;
- community borrower cardholders;
- or CSU faculty.
Remote access of electronic resources is generally limited by licensing agreements to students and faculty only. On-site access for others is provided as licensing permits. Persons unaffiliated with Cal Poly may purchase an annual community borrower card to borrow physical materials and place a limited number of interLibrary loan requests.
