GIS Day 2006 at Cal Poly
Cal Poly's Kennedy Library and the SLO GIS Users Group invite you to join them for GIS Day at Cal Poly. Held annually, GIS Day celebrates Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and its multitude of uses.
GIS Day at Cal Poly will showcase maps created by campus users, local governments, and private industry. Cal Poly students, staff, and faculty will have a chance to talk with representatives from various groups about how a GIS is used, how a GIS can enhance their field of study, and opportunities in the field.
